Will I fit in?
	Everyone fits in at F.C.Y.M. Our Youth Ministry is diverse. and we're not just talking about the difference in the color of our skin. Our Youth Ministry consists of people from all races. Some are wealthy, some are not; some like hip-hop, and some like country music; some are preppy, and some are skaters. You name it, whatever difference you can think of, we probably have it here at Florissant.
	Are you going to cram the Bible down my throat?
	No! Although we would like you to take a few nibbles. Obviously, God, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, and the Word of God are what we are all about. We are in love with Jesus Christ, and we certainly would like for you to fall in love with Him too. But we believe that will never happen if we try to make you swallow the Bible whole. Our approach is simple. We want you to know Jesus the way we know Jesus, We believe we can accomplish this by simply being Jesus to you, acting in a Christlike manner, and then giving you space and time to make those decisions for yourself. Of course if you attend our Bible classes, or anything else for that matter, we can promise that you will certainly be exposed to the Bible. We make no apologies for it. You'll get used to it, we did!
	Is this a good place to meet girls/guys?
	Yeah, but not if that's the reason you're coming. The teens at Florissant are awesome young people. They're not perfect by any means, they'll tell you that themselves. But, nonetheless, they are special. They're special because they are children of God. If you're coming to pull our teens away from their God, then, please don't bother. We want you to be a part of our youth ministry, but not at the expense of the young people who have already turned their lives around.
	I've done alot of bad things in my life. Can I be forgiven or is it too late for me?
	Your source of hope comes, once again, from the Word of God. First Timothy 2 verses 3 & 4 say this: "This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all men to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth." You see, God WANTS "all men to be saved", and so, we believe it is never too late to come to "a knowledge of the truth," and thus be saved. Since God WANTS you to be saved, He will provide a way for that to happen, you simply have to accept it.
	Will I have fun at your church, or will I be bored to death?
	We believe you get out of "church" what you put into it. So, if you are looking for alot of good clean Christian fun, you will find it here. If you're looking for a reason to think we are boring, you'll probably find that too.
	What do I have to do to become a member of the church?
	The more important question is: What do I have to do to have a relationship with Jesus Christ? Many years ago (about 2000 actually), the same question was asked of the apostle Peter. In Acts chapter 2, the apostle Peter (a good friend of Jesus') gave an extremely challenging message to the people about the way their sins had nailed the Christ to a Cross to die. The Bible says that when the people heard the message, they were cut to the heart and asked, "Brothers, what shall we do?" (i.e. What can we do to fix our relationship with Jesus?) Peter answered: "Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off - for all whom the Lord our God will call" "Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand were added to their number that day."
